Refund and Return Policy for Kinky Addiction

At Kinky Addiction, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Used or opened items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Intimate products: Items like vibrators, dildos, and other personal use products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
We accept returns for:
• Unopened, unused products: You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send a replacement or process a refund after verifying the issue.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
1. Contact Us: Please email us at contact@kinkyaddiction.com or reach us through the Contact Us page with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions and an authorization number.
3. Return the Product: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
• The product is returned in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Personal care items, such as lubricants, oils, and sprays once opened.
• Lingerie and apparel that has been tried on or worn.
• Intimate products, including toys, vibrators, or bondage gear that has been opened or used.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, but if your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
7. Lost or Stolen Items
Once an order is marked as delivered, Kinky Addiction is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you ensure a secure delivery address for your items. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the delivery carrier for assistance.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.
• We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the item.
